Caspari Bamboo Chippendale Lacqeur Placemat in White
18 x 12 inch
The high-quality, limited edition lacquer placemats are handcrafted in Vietnam. Their craftsmanship incorporates artisan skills used in centuries past to create beautiful handmade goods. Lacquer artisans complete each step, from cutting and sanding the wood to applying the artwork, by hand. The final application of the glossy lacquer is applied in 12 layers, giving the pieces a durable finish.
These placemats feature some of our best-selling artists and museum collections and are a perfect way to display art functionally in your home. Many styles are accented with genuine gold or silver leaf for extra shine beneath their lacquer finish. Each one is a lovely addition to any tabletop and keeps your table's surface clean and well protected.
In this Design: Adapted from beautiful botanical prints of the National Horticultural Society, this lattice-like bamboo pattern has a fresh feel and a subtle Asian aesthetic.
